Welcome Wax Babes! Here are a few things to know prior to booking your appointment with That Wax Babe. Each service requires a non-refundable deposit. This deposit goes towards your service total at time of checkout at your appointment. Please ensure you have at least 3 weeks of hair growth, drinks lots of water a few days prior AND the day of your appointment, NO CAFFEINE! Please be sure to shower, lightly exfoliate and also wear loose fitting clothing (if receiving a body service), and NO makeup/product (if receiving a face service). Most importantly please make sure you’re not taking ANY medications or have recently received any skin treatments or currently have any skin conditions/infectious diseases that may affect your wax service. REMINDER: please read ALL policies and pre/post care instructions; as wells as descriptions of desired services. Must be 18 yrs or older. Male services are NOT offered. Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to That Wax Babe. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, I respectfully request at least 48 hrs notice. Please understand that when you do not give enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with reliable clients on my waitlist. *Notification given with at least 48 hrs will not receive charge. *Late or last minute notification, regardless of reason, will result in 50% charge of service(s) booked, on top of the nonrefundable deposit already paid. *No Call/No Show will receive 100% charge of service(s) booked and will be blocked from future booking with That Wax Babe. A 7 minute grace period will be given for each appointment. Late arrival, regardless of reason, will result in a cancelled appointment, without accommodation. If the appointment is cancelled due to your tardiness, a 100% charge of service(s) will occur. **PrePaid Wax Passes are no exception, you will also be charged** Please plan ahead, and accordingly, to be on time to your appointment with That Wax Babe.
